To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please return your clock in the original packaging. Items with visible damage and /or missing parts are not eligible for a Return.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Ordered items are shipped within 1-3 business days using FedEx, UPS and/or USPS. All product returns should be shipped to: Jonsson Design, LLC, 2819 Burnham Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55416.

  • ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

    Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
